How long will my order take? When will my order ship?

• All orders are made-to-order. Which means I typically take 2-6 weeks to create a piece (Halloween tops 4-6 weeks to ship). Turnaround times will always be updated on the homepage. It will usually be a rough estimate depending on the demand (how many people ordered and when you ordered), if multiple items were ordered, and the design of course. Orders will be worked on in the order they are received. So the earlier you get your order in, the sooner you’ll most likely receive it in comparison to others who order. Keep in mind, Covid-19 has caused major delays in shipping. None which I have experienced yet, but anticipate. Secondly, the holiday season will be beginning soon which means an increase in shipping prices and some delays as well.

What about sizing? I don’t see my size. 

•   I do have a sizing chart I follow for halter style tops. As far as the other specialty tops, I do request measurements. The measurements I require will always be mentioned in the description box. Most common measurements I do ask for is your full bust, waist, pit-to-pit on bust and  clavicle to mid bust for length check. If there is a size not listed, no worries! I originally set out to create BVTTERCVP as a brand that is about how you feel in your pieces. Many times, I often find myself disappointed in the lack of sizing options in tops that I loved and find myself still to this day tweaking or creating my own clothing to fit me. So many of my top options can always be offered in your size! I promise. Investing in a soft tape measurer will always come in handy! I’ll have some videos handy soon to help with what’s the best way to measure ones self. 

Customs

•  Currently customs are closed. There is a possibility to resume sometime in the near future. If so, on my Instagram I would announce any slots that would be opening. 

Returns/Refunds

• Unfortunately, I do not offer refunds or returns once a piece has been started or delivered. I do however really strive for your happiness and satisfaction with your pieces! So do not hesitate for one second to shoot me a message if you have a problem/issue and we can work it out.  I am not responsible for lost/damaged packages. With that being said, if a package is lost, I am more than happy to work out some sort of solution. 

Care Instructions

• All pieces are made from 100% acrylic yarn. I highly recommend washing any piece by hand in cold water. If not, you could always wash in your washer if it does offer a delicates option (no spin/cold water). Most importantly, hang dry! Your pieces will thank you in the long run.
